Description Ever wonder how to create rainbow lines? How about creating different colored lines without having to change your brush color for each little section? Or being able to change the line color easily any time you want? This is a quick way of doing it.
This is a beginners tutorial so I tried to make it very visual and explain it simply.
If you are unfamiliar with Photoshop or new with it, I hope this is easily understandable.

EDIT:
I should have said click the gradient tool in the tool bar and go into the options bar (shown above) and apply the preset one that looks like a rainbow.

That's good! I tried to keep it simple and easy, though I'm sure there are other ways of coloring line art. I'm glad you like it.

I used to color linearts, but I end up being "emprisonned" by the lines, it binds my creativity, that's why now I do full digital drawings without any lines ^^

I find lines way too restricting for things like plants, trees, or backgrounds, so I see what you mean. It's easier to just let the backgrounds form themselves rather than staying in lines.

For now I hate backgrounds, I'm just starting to do some, because I have new brushes I want to try

The lock transparency button is one of the best tools around. It's also good if you color something like a shirt one solid color. Then you lock the transparency and color your shadows for the shirt and you don't have to worry about trying to stay in the lines.
