My computer's back up! And, I'm ready to upload more pics! ^^So, let's start again with a pic of two notorious baddies! Yup, the murderer of Kitty Katswell's father and the murderer of Sly Cooper's father: General Guar and Clockwerk.
In this crossover, General Guar has found pieces of Clockwerk underneath the waves of the Atlantic Ocean, so he brought them back to DOOM World Headquarters, and had his scientists rebuild him. Afterwards, Guar and Clockwerk decided to join an alliance, and decided to rid themselves of the offspring of the men they killed (as well as their allies), Kitty and Sly.
So, after Clockwerk rallied up his old "friends," and aligned themselves with DOOM, they sent them out to destroy Team Katswell and the Cooper gang.
*Yes, I know Clockwerk looks more like a vulture than an owl, but it's my first time drawing him as well as the rest of the Sly Cooper cast. So, cut me a break.*

This picture you've done of your bad guy character looks very nice, and I'm actually in the middle of creating my own original bad guy characters for "T.U.F.F. Puppy" as well.

Yeah, I was actually feeling a little inspired to create my own "T.U.F.F. Puppy" villains after playing "Darkwing Duck" on the NES not too long ago, and I've though of a few ideas for these bad guys I've created as well. For example, I was able to create a villain that I named 'Water Wolf', whose body is composed entirely out of water and he has the ability to control every body of water in Petropolis. As you would probably guess, he happens to be based off of The Liquidator from "Darkwing Duck", except he's a character who is completely different, which I'll be able to explain in this first picture I'll be doing of him.

Sounds like an interesting baddie.
Maybe I should talk to about him, and maybe we can write him into our Team Katswell story collab as another villain. ^^
Y'know who else can manipulate water? Hydro Man from "Spider-Man."

Yeah, I think it was that bad guy who The Liquidator is actually based upon, since quite a few villains of Darkwing Duck were based on other bad guys as well.

I've also known that Quacker Jack is most likely based upon Superman's arch-enemy, Toy Man, since both bad guys happen to wear jester outfits as well.

And I think it's kind of obvious to know that Megavolt is most likely based upon Spider-Man's arch-enemy, Electro, since they're both able to control electricity. Speaking of which, I think Elec Man from the Mega Man games is also based upon Electro as well.

When he gathered those pieces; he must've somehow made Clockwerk smaller thinking he could control him. Clockwerk I imagine can be devious as he always wishes to be superior. He might be just pretending to serve Guar.
It's an interesting concept and crossover.
