Dec/ 2010 - Shell Beach, California (central coast)This is the first time I've photographed this "cave" but I've strolled past it a hundred times. Never seemed to find much structure of a composition but on this evening I saw the rock that I placed in the foreground and the light was an interesting red-pink hue. So I got down low with the tripod and steadied it on these loose pebbles. And shot about 12 exposures to get this one. I'm pretty happy with it.

Thanks, I'm pretty proud of it. I took it in very dark conditions and on super loose beach sand. The kind that isn't really sand but minature pebbles that anything and everything sinks in. Thanks a lot!
