Wow this ref sheet is amazing. You've improved a lot since your last version of the sheet and I love that the sheets are really similar so you can directly compare the improvement. Your shading details are really admirable here; especially with how many scales this character has and the tiny tiny feathers on the wings.
A+.
I do think it's pretty weird that she can wear clothes over those belly scales, though.

The detail in Muzafr's reference sheet is always stunning. One section has more information then a majority of reference's entire page.
One thing I keep trying to look for is why she has the... I honestly don't know what it's called and Google isn't helping, the elongated chin. There is an explanation about her species, physiology, her markings, dress choices, etc., but nothing on that. Unless I missed it within the copious amounts of text.

Hehe, her chin is the Pharaoh's chin! Β (False beard, Dwa Wr, royal beard, etc.) Β For Muzafr, it signifies the same as the Ancient Egyptians, their religious beliefs being that the chin was a sign of royalty and connection to the god Osiris. Β It is also indicative of the Islamic sunnah or tradition of wearing beards to honour Prophet Muhammad, (saw.) Β And being that she's Middle Eastern, and Islamic, the two both go hand in hand for her.

Her species matures and lives about three times as long as humans. So here, she's nature in dragon terms, but just shy of twenty in human years.
She can lay down comfortably, but can't lay on her back in either form, hehe.
And she does eat people, yes, haha. She prefers her terrorists fried and seasoned with plenty of curry. X)

So many details and informations, really well done
In first place I thought, the eyes you did on the last sheet were much better, but the realistic look of the new ones is also very nice
When I've some more time I need to read all the text... Interesting character, interesting story, isn't it? ^^
The anthro form looks better then before with the changes. But I can't overcome the thinking of "Wouldn't all day work in anthro form be very difficult cause of these many long spikes?"
Well, it's everything a term of practice and kinda usage, yes? XD (Okay okay, you can ask that, too, 'bout my persona with his long clawlike nails...)

She does have issues sometimes while in feral form, which is why I mention that she prefers rural areas and exploring cities and sites alone. Spike clearance is her main problem, as she tends to forget about it and can accidentally poke people and objects. Her claws are probably the most problematic, side she works with her hands a lot, and again, just forgets about them and can nick people. As for herself, her physiology is such that she's perfectly adapted to living and functioning normally with the spines.

I almost had a heart attack when I heard about the updates, and I was like "What?!Β And I just finished the Muzafr sprite!"Β Luckily, the changes ain't gonna mess up the sprites.Β But I wonder if I should do another anthro version with the wings on top of the combat gear...

Wow, big read, but really cool! A few typos, but overall awesome.
I think the only things missing are a pronunciation guide, and how Muzafr handles friendly outsiders (besides the tourists), and perhaps how she views and deals with religions other than her own. I think those would make interesting additions.
