Isn't there a medium health kit there? I'm assuming you have the outline of a small medkit there because it's more immediately readable.

Yeah, I had a version I pitched with the medium health kit but it was in majority agreement that the small medkit would be a lot more recognizable in terms of outline.

Killed by afterburn: 300-400 times.
Killed by Bleed: 200-300 times.
Pyros runs past me while i'm burning: More then 400 times.
Times i have been extinguished by someone "Pyro, sniper or scout: Less then 200.
Got the medkit stolen in front of your eyes by someone that has almost full health: around 100.
Killed by the environment: a crap load of times.
Well that sums up most of mt TF2 career.

I end up stealing health packs a lot after a while. I've learned most maps and flanks as well as where the big health packs are, so if a Scout doesn't take them first I do.
If I'm a Scout that unfortunately proves the same and sometimes I'm the one leaving the Medic to die.
