This is a SKY tutorial that i was kindly asked to make for my friend ~shicmap i hope this helps you hun
Oh and please excuse the MANY typos...
i've been studying most of the day so my brain is currently consisiting of unwanted information LOLPLEASE NOTE: this was made using Photoshop CS2 i'm unsure if the other versions have all the tools required.

your foregrounds and backgrounds are always stunning!
how do you do grass? a brush?
and for the clouds, which btw look great with the sunray and sky, did you lighten the opacity? and if so how much?

ooh so many questions 
For the clouds i've created my own cloud brushes and i just set it to white and speckle shades of light grey though them.
For the grass i just use the standard photoshop brush as i'm never happy with the ones i create as they only take one tone while the standard one thakes two
