I don't know if to call this a tutorial, so I couldn't settle between "I'm doing like this" and "You do like this" phrases XD

I have sloppy lines when I use SAI paint tool, any tips on how to get neater ones?

There are stabilizer settings, and there should be a setting for either fast, or smooth lines. Pick smooth.
Also don't be afraid to rest your hand on the tablet as a stabilizer for your hand if you do this while drawing normally. Don't worry, it won't hinder your tablet. I myself kept raising my wrist, and all I proved to do was hurt my hands and create crappy lines >.<;

I would love to actually be able to do anything with a mouse that even resembles what I'm trying to draw, but a mouse is made to be used with your right hand, and even though I have no problem with that....being a lefty means that there is no way I can draw with my right hand xD

Yeah, with the right settings, as long as you can draw in a way that keeps your hand steady. And you mean dimensions as in pixel sizes? Or are you talking about the brush properties--blending, etc?Β

lol. Well, I usually just work with the biggest size that my SAI will use--which is a 5000x5000Β
I normally use the inkpen for lineart, Β level 4 smoothness, S-7 stabilizer, and density and size on touch sensitivity. The reason why I do this is because I blend my lineart into my work in the end, anyway. But if that's not your art style, then you'll need to work with the density settings to see what fits your style best.Β
The brush tool works well for lineart in some cases too, but it all depends on the blending effect that you want.
Oh, and I use a lower level of smoothness for quick-and-dirty work, and sketching. ^.^
I don't use specific "lineart" layers for my lines--I just use a normal layer. The lineart layers limit what I can do.

I'm not sure about ways to actually control the sensitivity of your tablet--you can set up perimeters for minimum and maximum density and brush sizes that your tablet will work with, and you have stabilizer settings, also, on the drawing program that you work with.
If there is a setting for that, it would be on the tablet doc itself.Β
Hey, if you want, I could set up a live feed stream so that you would watch me messing with my settings or something, and you can see me work with them? It may be easier than explaining it. The livestream is really easy, you just go to a link.
My tablet has been hiccuping a little lately, and I can't get into the settings for the tablet itself, but I can work with my SAI program.
And yeah, it is. I'll comment on work once in a while here too, but I don't post my art here
