Really...What are you ideas on a Tau Titan?
I'm currently snatching up some Tau ships from the Battlefleet Gothic and plan on making an airfield now that I have most of the ships.

initially it was going to be like voltron or power rangers, where a bunch of tank sized vehicles merging to form a titan sized robot...
BUT, that was WAY too tricky to do JUST that, so now the project is evolving into something WAY more complex so that the Titan will have 3 forms...

WOW, a most excellent paint scheme of the Copper Head skimmer there! You've defintely got some talent in the painting and kitbashing department. See this one through, I'm eager to see the results.

kitbashing is just the term for throwing together different parts of different models. It can be from the same line, i.e. Tau, or you could include Space Marine parts, or even parts from nonrelated models.
Like if you look at my Tau Heavy Drone...thats a kitbash, it has pieces of Tau, Tallgeese I from Gundam Wing and even pieces of a Tachikoma from Ghost in the Shell

I really want a couple of these, especially if they'll look like that when I'm done..doubt it..
Why does the one on the left look a little smaller?

I've got them sitting on different clear rods with different heights. So that's why the one looks smaller. They're a fun build, especially since you can kind of customize them, like I did with the urban camo one, it's got fusion blasters instead of the normal seeker missiles.

Thanks, I saw them and had to get them. Of course, the more traditional scheme was easy, it was a tough decision to put an urban camo on the other.
For some reason, even though they show camouflages vehicles, it doesnt seem to fit with the Tau. Ah well, I think it turned out well.
