Minutes passed, the two women watched what the workers were doing, they continued to pound the posts into the soil, the symbol on the ground still glowing, pulsating from time to time.

They observed several details, these people never even looked at each other, never communicated, but yet, they never got in each others way, never stumbled over each other, and always seemed to know what the others in the group were doing, avoiding doing already completed work.

As for what that work would result in aside from a cool looking scene, neither Elena or Amanda could figure out.

They kept watching regardless, the chanting and slow, near zombie like movements of these people almost hypnotizing, like a lullaby even, drawing the two's attention closer and closer.

Away from the shuffling and growling behind them.

And the glowing. The glow that shone green upon them.
