You need to change the units from m to i, it should be somewhere in the settings or in the RSS link.

I just have one question before I download this: Can you(meaning myself) change the colour black ground on those rips? As in.. instead of lime green.. I can change it to grey or something of the sort?
Just curious.

Also easiest way, throw it in photoshop and go to image>adjustments>Hue/Saturation and change the hue bar to get the desired color you would like.

Yes you can.
If you're good with photoshop, then it should be an easy change for you.
Just right click on one of them, rainmeter>skins>open folder
Then you put the designated bg image into photoshop and change the colors yourself.

Right click on the weather skin, select edit skin... from the drop-down menu and paste your code at Location=code, then save and refresh.

This looks great, I'll use some for sure. "18:35 PM" doesn't make any sense tough -- PM is redundant as 18 can never be AM.

Yea I know, the original work doesn't make sense either, I just made this exactly like the one in description.

Go to weather.com , find your area and look for a code in the browser's address bar (code is made up of digits and followed by letters).

I just figure out how to change 24h to 12h...
%H - Hour in 24-hour format (00 - 23)
%I - Hour in 12-hour format (01 - 12)
