Description
Resembles Torn Paper for XWidget by ~boyzonet .Edit variables to change weather city and units.
Edit: 05/12/2012 Fixed the effin' weather problem.
Feedback, comments and faves welcome! No I won't fix those bugs and add new functions! Deal with it!

Could I scale these down a bit? I grayed them out with Photoshop and now want to shrink the weather mostly. I tried scaling the bg.png in PS, but that simple scaled the background and not the displayed info. Thanks for this skin!

I may have figured it out... I'll scale down the background in PS, then go into the .ini and change the font sizes and XY location to move them. I'll post my 1/2 scale weather info tomorrow.

Sorry about the double post! :/ Anyways, I scaled the background (bg.png) down to 75% with PS, then tweaked weather.ini until the characters landed where I liked. Here's a screenshot with my tweaked weather skin next to the stock system skin.

got it! ok if u want to change the colour u can simply right click open the picture file and open it up with and editing program and manually change the colour!

Was wondering if there is a way to display the seconds of the time... I don't care if it's right after the minutes in a format of HH:MM:SS or something else. What am I looking to change in the .ini??

Actually answered my own question. Just add an %S to the end of the MeasureTime part (see below):
Change this:
[MeasureTime]
Measure=Time
Format=%H:%M
to this:
[MeasureTime]
Measure=Time
Format=%H:%M:%S <---

this one does not work for german cities. i tried berlin GMXX0007 ... nuremberg, munich and other german cities - or maybe i'm way to stupid for this... after refreshing the skin its empty...

Weather.com is having some issues with RSS feed, so find line:
Url=http://xml.weather.com/weather/local/#Location#?cc=*&unit=#Unit#&dayf=10 and change it to
Url=http://xml.weather.com/weather/local/#Location#?cc=*&unit=#Unit#&dayf=1
