Description

Long before the Whitechurch Society became a worldwide organization there was just one woman, Elisabeth Whitechurch. Hailing from a proper Victorian aristocratic household, her place in life was supposedly predetermined by her father. However, Elisabeth wanted more. Never satisfied with the answers she got she went looking for the truth herself and what she found was more than she could have ever expected. The misty streets of London hide a lot of secrets and gaslight only reaches so far.

Having bitten off more than she can chew, Elisabeth finds herself saved by rather illustrious company. The new friends she made that fateful night would change the course of her life forever.

We go way, way, way back long before Velkan or Jonathan were even born, to the origins of the Whitechurch Society with their first members. One of those is the immortal mage Ranulf who at the time has set up his base of operations in London alongside his companion Matthew, a vampire who will eventually become Elisabeth's sire.

The picture is rather dark and deliberately so. I checked on several screens so it should look okay. This version of Ranulf is an AU incarnation of JezMiller 's character from the World of Darkness.
