Alessio Giancoli, 21 years old. He's a Lycan, a kind of werewolf, from Venice, Italy.
Alessio is the youngest of four sons of the important Lycan family Giancoli. His father Francesco is part of the Council of Wolves.
Alessio used to be a timid and weak child, being bullied by his brothers a lot. Only the oldest, Federico, protected him. For him Alessio swore to become strong and never to give up. He tries to cope with his body height (most Lycans are pretty tall) by training his muscles and hiding behind a strong macho attitude.
Elijah ([link] ) meets him while being in Venice for a year and Alessio falls in love with him. His family however, having a hard time coping with the mere homosexuality of the son, has some issues with the mix of the Lycan and Vampire race.
After some back and forth Elijah and Alessio become a couple but the young man is stabbed with a silver dagger by some anti-lycan Vampires. Thanatos, Elijah's clan leader, is able to save him with Vampire blood, but the problems only start. With his moving in into the clan's mansion Alessio finds himself in a triangle between Elijah and his ever present feelings for Tyron ([link] ). Something the passionate Italian can't easily live with...
