So, I saw in the trailer that the Zora’s Gimmick was being shown off as well the Goron structures appearing to be pre-plotted. Were you finally able to get help and implement them into the engine or were they only there as proof of concept?

The Zora Aqueducts do work now, the plot system sadly wasn't added in version 0.23. The devs of 0AD are adding it in 0.24.

On the other hand there were some other gimmicks that you said in the videos that weren't implemented yet (Like the kokiri's sorceress stopping projectiles) ¿Have any of those been implemented yet?
