This guy is as complex, original in design, and fun as I hoped he'd be!I admit he is an ugly character but hey, they are aliens that take the form and language of things on Earth. Its not too far fetched for me to assume Que intentionally made his head look like Einstein to reflect his genius inventor status. I like him. Neat figure with lots of great accessories.
I repainted him using paused movie screens as reference.

Yeah as Que and not Wheeljack, he was a neat new character. Sucks how Bay loves to kill the bots violently without looking back at all.

In the book they called him Wheeljack but in the movie, and this figure, his name was Q. Good thing too because this old guy looks nothing at all like any Wheeljack ever.
Maybe in a foreign version of the movie he was called Wheeljack?

Yeep. It cost me $50 USD shipped but the sad part is that I started seeing them on ebay for around $30 a week after I bought mine, hah.

Que and Soundwave were the two I was looking forward to the most...I'm too poor to be able to afford them at $45 a pop :/
Go figure...the cancelled figures were the best looking of the bunch.

I had to paint a few toys to make some extra money for Soundwave, Que, and Leadfoot. They were all too expensive.

Hopefully one day soon Hasbro will get it together and finally release them in the states - they're in a high enough demand, I don't see why they don't.
I'm having enough trouble paying close to $15 for a deluxe, let alone $45 a pop; when I started collecting during the beginning of the Beast Wars era they were no more than $9.99, now the basic sized TFs are at that price point. Inflation is a terrible thing...

To me, the fault really cannot go to Hasbro but really to Michael Bay since he had to change the classic designs of all of the Transformers. He wanted them to more alien like, not keeping the design that the Japanese did for all of the previous Transformers.

Well yeah. You want alien robots to look like friggin' stacked blocks in the films. They were what I expected them to be. But hasbro went down in quality long before the movies. Look at the crap from Beast Machines, then Armada then Energon. Those toys were terrible.
Please, STOP putting ALL the blame on Bay.

You did not like the toys from Armada, Energon, and Beast Machines? I thought that they were cool. I have a few of them. At least in comparison to the movies, they are very easy to transformed. Also, I think that we are forgetting another player; Takara-Tomi. Hasbro may design the toys, but they actually make the toys.

No, dude. They, well... mostly Beast Machines toys... they were God-awful. I hate Beast Machines & Transformers: Energon way more then Revenge of the Fallen.

i just got this guy in the mail on Monday, i honestly was not expecting much from him, but i popped him open and i totally agree, he is a super fun toy. he has so much detail. true hes got an ugly ass face, but man, they really went all out with the detail on this guy. its really impressive. ive got no clue why they went with drab army green plastic for his accessories and mech tech gun though..

Haven't you heard? Deluxe DOTM Que and Soundwave were cancelled in USA... but maybe you don't live in the USA though. If that's the case... You lucky bastage!! I had to pay $45 for this guy.

Yeah, I'm in Asia. Haven't you heard? We got reissues of FE Bulkhead, FE Cliffjumper, FE Arcee and FE Vehicon... Oh, and a Que, which is due mid of this month... XD (All the 1st editions are still on shelves as I type.)

I live in Asia but i never found them, not a single one of those cancelled toys (execpt for one wheeljack that was unfortunatly already sold that i saw 3 YEARS after the movie).
