question, you repaint it to make it seem more authentic right? What is the best type of paint to use for figurine customs and repaints?

I have a mixed bunch of paint brands. Different ones seem to stick and mix better than others while others are better for particular jobs like drybrushing. I have lots of Testors acrylics and sprays though.

I see, I'm just asking because I am very tempted to touch up a lot of my figurines, I'm kinda sick about how they are presented in promotional photos then the paint job lacks luster
