I’m pretty sure he already knows what Error does, and Error might have already been in the middle of his job, if you know what I mean. That might have been the reason Template was chased off?

Seeing the dialogue on the first page-- Somewhere Else - Page 01
I don't think he's met Error on this specific job. Possibly doesn't even realize Error's job, or how similar he looks to Template. I dunno, that's the feeling I get from Template's dialogue-- he's more upset at being rejected in general when he tries to help, rather than being rejected because he was mistaken for Error. Upset by the rejection instead of just the reason.
Error being there before is DEFINITELY the reason Template was chased off now though, no doubt about that.
