After the events of the (Red Alert 3 and Uprising) Third World War, Allied Forces where victorious against the Soviets and the Empire. But terrorism attacks, lost contact with agents in Russia and Japan. Military compounds have been wiped out, Future tech buildings have been ransacked and destroyed. If that's not bad enough Russia now have access to a new powerful weapon which can destroy a city in one blast. So, the Allied Forces Have to develop new weapons with the help of Albert Einstein in the field.

During the (Red Alert 3 and Uprising) Third World War, The Allied Hydrofoils are the most useful anti-aircraft ships in the arsenal but has versatility thanks to its Scramblegun weapon jammer which can temporarily disable most known weapons systems on an individual, nearby target. After the war the technology was going to be use by law enforcement to scramble enemy Communication but when Americans were invaded by the Soviets and the empire, a new support vehicle was introduced to help Turn the tide of battle in the Allies favour. The raccoon is a very useful support vehicle for Allied, able to temporarily disable most known weapons systems with electromagnetic beam weapon jammer.It's also equipped with a Gap signal jamming device which can create interference that masks not only the units in close proximity to the truck, but also obscures segments of the map to electronic equipment and enemy units in the area which make it very useful for ambushes but it have to cooldown in 60 seconds after using it.
