Woo!... It's finally complete! Version 5 of my Stargate is finished! Turns out I didn't have as much work left to do as I thought I did. I think I'll call this the last stargate model now - otherwise it's gonan look the same with the odd polygon changed overall which no-one will notice!

Updates/Chnages:

>> The outer edge (The ring which runs between the chevrons and is on the very outside) has been added, ploy-modeled and distorted, and obviously textured.
>> The steps & accompanying base have been textured. A slighy speckle map was overlayed using the blend material shader, but is quite hard to see unless up very close. trust me, it's there!!
>> The inner ring with the ovals on now has the zig-zag line all the way around which has been extruded inwards on a slight bevel so it isnt as harsh when the light hits it.
>> Triangular stone edge supports have been added near the bottom two chevrons... Like you cared!
>> Behind each chevron, there is now the 'dimple' box extrusion thing goin' on!
>> Minor tweeks to main gate textures.

...Other than that, I'de say that this is pretty much the finished model. You've had your time to gripe in the WIP's, so there's no going back now! Ha!
A few renders from different angles will follow, along with the wireframe overlay I promised a few of you so you can see the clean lines!
