I got banned from reporting because I reported to many art thieves and other such violations of the rulesWow. So much attention lately! Thanks everyone!

Did you send reports in a rapid fashion, if so they might have thought you were spamming the report system.
But this is a rather unusual action, mostly I hear they just ban people for spamming the report system, but not blocking the ability to report.

Can I ask something? If someone said to me I am a thief (that is not true ): ) and report my works only for entertainment, without proof, can I get banned? :\ I don't want to be banned! That girl who claim my art HAVE NOTHING on her DA Profile that certificate that I STOLE the art....how can I protect myself and my art from these people?

It's possible, given dA's increasing incompetence.
The age of the upload of your ones compared to the copies she has, plus the original file you saved could be used to prove you made it (like a photoshop file which shows the art work spread out across layers), could be used to prove you made them and she's just copied your stuff.
You could look at putting a stamp on your signature on the art, in a place that can't be snipped out. It might stick out like a sore thumb, but it will discourage thieves.
