Hey!So, back in January and February (before my computer died) I received several requests to do a tutorial about how I color.

Soooo, here it is!!! (Basically) How I Color. This doesn't have all of my little tricks of the trade
haha but it does have a lot of helpful hints. I did this tutorial in GIMP, but most of the tools are the same as Photoshop and other programs.

cool, dig your tut. seems very simple to understand (i have no clue how to work GIMP XD) great work and the results speak for themselves

haha yea, I didn't know how to work GIMP for a while, but my photoshop trial version ended and I still wanted to keep coloring. So, I heard about GIMP and it took a while to get used to, but the tools are the same in both programs. It takes practice, but you get used to eventually.

So that's the method to your madness. Not too different from how I used to color. Great job putting this together, it was easy to understand.

haha, yea, that's pretty much it. I left a few things to myself (just style kinda things), but these are the basics. I'm glad you liked it! I find so many tutorials that aren't very helpful, so I wanted to make sure mine was easy to understand.
