enjoyThis is a tutorial on making changing and creating BEAUTIFUL eyecolor! It is in Adobe .PDF format.
It is specially designed for Newbies - Intermediate users of Photoshop 6-CS versions. The techinique illustrated is special and i feel that even the most Advanced users of Photoshop will learn something from it. I took 3 days to make it, excuse the file size, i've included step by step Screenshots in good quality as i've went along.

Hey what kind of editing program do you use to make your eye so beautiful like that? and does it cost money to use? I really love editing my eyes too but I only have this program called vicman's

Wow that's awesome! I've never seen such a cool eyes-tut before. I'm working much on PS and also changed eyes' colors in paint before years but it never made me feel successful. I played a bit and still I'm not very good in it but with more practicing and your newbie friendly explanation...sure I get it

Best eye tutorial I have come across! I got photoshop a week ago, having previously struggled with PSP, and was really rubbish and "scared" about using it. Anyway, thanks so much. I'll give you a link to the eye I manipulated. It isn't amazing, but it's my first real work in PS, ever, so I'm pretty pleased.
