Also known as Getter Robo G!

One of the first cartoons I watched growing up, Starvengers was the American translation that was released as part of the Force Five series. While there was an entire series aired, apparently, I only caught the condensed "movie" version.

Suffice to say, it was a great influence on me!

Done as a commission for . I already drew Star Dragon (Getter Dragun, far left) once before for a piece focusing on the Shogun Warriors (the Marvel Comics series that used some classic Japanese mecha), so I was thrilled to have the opportunity to adapt the other two "formations" into my style.

Star Arrow (Getter Liger, upper right) always gave me a ninja vibe, so I made sure his face and helmet looked as much as a mask and hood as possible.

Star Poseidon (Getter Poseidon, lower right) should be the bulky strong type, and I also beefed up his tread feet more. And I never noticed it before, but the more I drew Poseidon, the more he looked like a luchadore wrestler.
