Warning : This story takes place 100 years after Rarity dead. This story base on season 4. So anything that happened in season 5 will have nothing to do with this story.
Warning : This story's an alternate universe and is really crazy at times. Futa-spell or the magic that can make female pony impregnate another female pony doesn't exist.
Warning : a lot of 4th wall breaking and referencing. Sharing universe with "To Love God - To Love Mortal" but in the future and more crazy. *You don't need to read "To Love God - To Love Mortal" to understand this story. It's just have many Easter egg for that story here.*

People who say that Applejack has a changeling-pony hybrid foal, I don't think this shares the same universe as that comic. This comic shares the same universe as 'To Love God, To Love Mortal'. So this could be something totally different.

Ok, let's see... we already know Spike and Rarity descendant, Twilight is still alive so is ok, Pinkie Pie also have one, Rainbow Dash didn't had family, now we're going to know Applejack's... so that means the next one should be Fluttershy :3

...No? Applebloom and AJ both say so many times in the show that they're sisters, and anyway the age difference between them both is too small for it to be mother and daughter.

Since we do not know exactly how old the characters are, the teenage mom angle has some credibility and has been used in at least two fanfics that I know of. From how mature the main characters are and the amount of responsibilities they have, I would put them at 20-25 years old.
In "The Truth," AJ and BM are presented as distant cousins who get brought together when Granny Smith decided to set up AJ's mother with BM's father to save Sweet Apple Acres. BM and AJ get AB by accident and then the Apples conclude their best option is to pass AB off as their parents' newest daughter to cover it up until AB is old enough to decide what to do about it for herself.
Sweetie Belle gets a similar treatment in "Dear Sweetie Belle" where Rarity has an accident in college and Rarity's parents offered to adopt Sweetie (in that story, Rarity's parents wanted another foal but were having no luck) so Rarity could get back to focusing on her career without worrying about her until she could afford to.

With AJ, if that scenario was true, then wouldn't AJ tell AB sooner or later? She is the element of honesty after all.
With SB and that scenario, I don't really have any evidence or questionings on how that would happen. That could be believable.

In "The Truth," AJ actually ends up having a breakdown and dropping the bomb when AB brings up the topic of how she feels sad about her parents not being there even though she only barely remembers them and then goes on telling AJ she does not really mind since AJ is the best mom a filly could hope to have anyway. After hearing AJ's piece though, AB has an existential crisis of her own and runs away.

However, these are simply fanfictions and probably aren't actually canon in this universe, so we'll just see how this turns out.

With 2-3 generations in-between, there is plenty of room for crossing lines somewhere in-between even if the author only mentions the pair the OCs' are based on.
In any case, this OC's reveal comic is out now so that's pretty much the end of that line of speculation.
