Fennel hasn't been doing so hot for the latter half of the winter. For those of you wondering, the wyngling that hatched out of the egg ended up dying shortly after... perhaps it was just too weak after heating it's shell. Fennel has finally learned his lesson: he can't protect or save everyone. He's not invincible but this reality seems to have fractured him in a way. It's scary when you feel vulnerable.. and his pride protected him from this weakness.
It's about time he learned...
I'm aware that I forgot to color some of the broken egg shells and adding in the magic. I may go back and fix it at a later date.

I am absolutely breath taken Vay. This is just stunning, not just the fact that Fennel, is torn up inside, is ripping himself apart, but wow. You left me on a cliff hanger, literally.
Not just the story, but the art, it's stunning. I love the way how you made him break the bounds of the comic, that was a very smart thing to add in, it adds to the total presentation. The colors, they all work so well together. I just, I barely have words for how breathtaking, and shaking this comic is.
You have done very well, I expect to see more great things from you.

The truth about the "breaking out" of the comic is that my program was being stubborn and wouldn't let me make it longer... so I decided to make it a bit bigger ;D
