Cool work! Thanks for your tutorials. I'm trying to learn as much as I can from them and get ideas from your works and of others. Endless potential!

Damn! makes me want to use blender. I can't keep up with all the software.. I wonder if you can get similar results in C4D... maybe I'll try. I've tried to immulate bryce style abstract in C4d and it just seems like the reflections aren't as clean, or something. Love your tutorials. ty!

Thanks a lot! You can do this exact same thing in C4D, just make sure everything is hypernurbed for smoothness

heh spherical infinite reflection. nicely done! may i suggest experimenting with a polyhedral model like a octotoad or a dodecahedron? then make all the faces hard so the reflections are more pronounced. a good example of this effect is in my gallery right here. [link] this used a 8 sided room with 3 sets of mirrors that would equate to 24 mirrors overall each reflecting over and over and over again of the same scene just at various angles. the effect is quite interesting no? be forewarned that an effect like this can put a raytracing program at its limits. make sure to set ray depth and seed settings for glass calculations a tad low. I used a physically accurate renderer named Kerkythea to make this and it still took 20 hours to make.

heh tried it in kerkythea and the result was quite interesting. almost glowy and ethereal actually. but the program had a hiccup and froze on me and i accidentally closed the wrong one and lost the scene..gahhhh!!!!

Thank you! These render in Blender in a few minutes with the same high settings as Bryce, so it's worth the switch
