Just a quick question, sometimes I'll feel I draw the legs and body too short or long , Are there something I can do to draw them better?

hm, I think the length of the legs depends on the body shape/style of the cat! A big fluffy cat will have shorter legs, and a long skinny cat will have longer legs c:
I also think it's a style preference as well ^^ just experiment and practice with it- and you'll get there eventually! :'D
