Being a shinobi, death is always near. You should cherish every day that you are able to come back home to embrace your child and see your wife's warm smile.I drew this one a while ago, it was done traditionally with markers. But I added some noise digitally, I don't know, I just love grainy looking pictures. I'm not that much pleased with their faces but I guess it's passable.

Not really ashamed man, but it just doesn't always turn out the way you want it to be. This is one of those cases. Just more motivation to get better.

I used to be like that, too. I get bored very easily. But I learned to not stress too much about it and just try to have fun. It's not a chore, it's a hobby after all.

Did you think about what causes it? Are you having a hard time paying attention to one thing for a long time or do you get unmotivated because you can't draw the way you want to? Or maybe you just need inspiration.

What I do is listen to audiobooks or podcasts while drawing. It makes it much more enjoyable so I sit and draw longer than I used to. For the latter problem, the only solution is time and practice. I'm sure you'll find your way around the obstacles.
