This is a rough layout for Page 2 of a comic strip I am working on that is set in ancient Rome and is about the early life of Gaius Julius Caesar.

As I am currently at my parents' house for Christmas I don't have much chance to draw any new pictures, so I thought I'd upload this, which I have been working for the last few months.

As I said this is only a rough layout of page 2 of my comic (I haven't yet finished page 1 because it involves a panoramic view of ancient Rome, which considering I hate drawing landscapes is taking longer than planned!).

The first few pages of the comic really just set the scene, so this is just offering background information to my main story - and any of you who know their history will see that I have extremely simplified these events, for the purposes of moving the storyline along quicker (these events alone would be enough to fill a comic book!).
