To Nancy, it seemed like this woman was actually more concerned with the downed robot worker than the Smak Kakes it grasped, but she didn't want to contradict her boss. Plus, wouldn't that be splitting hairs? To get to her current size, this lady must have had a strong affinity for their product. "I thought the Springvale plant has only been inoperable for a week. How'd this happen in such a short time?"

"Springvale experienced a mass malfunction. What you see is the mechanic we sent in to fix the workforce. Production continued, but nothing was being shipped out. Once we found out why, we hit the emergency EMP to shut down the facility entirely. We ended up losing a week's worth of Kakes, but we got some very valuable satiation study data from this. You know those tests the FDA wouldn't let us conduct because of ethics concerns? Hah! Fell right into our lap," Mr. Olafson smiled as he said this.

The part about them using the EMP as quickly as possible sounded like a blatant lie to Nancy. That meant someone had allowed this woman to freely gorge on cupcakes until she reached her current size. Nancy allowed herself another glance at the screen- only the briefest one because she could feel herself get hot under the collar at the sight of so much uncovered flesh. The mechanic's jumpsuit was unzipped all the way and she was resting on her spilled-out breasts and belly like they were a soft bed. It was like a scene out of her most privately held fantasies- the ones she never dared to relate to her therapist or talk to her slender girlfriend about. Nancy was sure her cheeks were burning red, but thankfully it was dark in the conference room. She concentrated on unsexy things like her boss' mustache in an effort to pull herself together. Finally she stuttered some sort of reply. "S-So did you plan all of this?"

"That's the best part- normally when a plant full of robots goes crazy, they try to kill all humans. This is a happy accident."

"Y-Yeah, I'd say."
