Well, only a coupleΒ onlookers really look amused to me; most of the others seem oblivious to the poor girls' fate. What's with the guy in the back rear? What's he carrying?

Yeah, they are named for my wife and two fo her (former) friends: Jen K., Jen G., and Kami.

Kami?Β That's a new one by my notes.Β Maybe I'll put a Kami in the basement, just so she's not totally left out.Β She can share a spot with Melody, in the cell adjacent to where the Sluggerz Gang are being kept (the mean girls that Candace turned into cranberries.)Β Otherwise, she kinda looks like Carly.Β I'll have to be careful with that.Β

Kami was with Jen k and Jen G in the dream that sort of kicked all this off. Jen K (My wife) really dislikes Kami now (irl). Maybe you can do something creative with that.

Pretty easy fix. Kami joins the Sluggerz after Brunhilda makes her a crack addict. While she and Jenny Kay got along well in high school, the joining the Sluggerz thing put a wedge between them. Before the fountain, Kay was pretty much on her way to being the next Nicole Ritchie. The fountain blast turns her into a hyperactive super inventor, and Jane into a Xomian everything expert. Now, they view Kami as a junkie loser punk and Kami views them as just freaks of nature.
Eventually, Kami's growing fear and hatred of the second floor is made worse by spending too much time listening to Kisha complain about how Carly creeps her out. The Sluggerz get confused, and wait for a chance for security to screw up, then make an attempt on Candace instead. She turns them into cranberries and throws them out the rec room window. Brunhilda is eaten by a bird. Kami is transferred to Muscarum - which is a Camelorum competitor that treats the inmates worse, and doesn't segregate by Xomian association. So she goes from the frying pan to the fire.
