I would put down a bet for 20$; but money is tight right now.
Previous Panels seem to show that Clockwork is physically present in some capacity; which rules out a Hologram (unless we're talking Star Trek grade, holo tech), and we haven't seen any projectors. So, the option that makes sense to me, given the limited information available for solving this little puzzle, suggests to me that Clockwork has her brain located somewhere safe, and is operating the body we are seeing by remote (presumably via an encrypted radio link).
