Description
A shattered winter scape at a fairly low angle to show that morning sky and reflections of a new sun on the shards of heaved ice. They made for tricky (and noisy) hiking a few mornings ago .. temps were a balmy -15c, which meant I didn't have to bundle up ridiculously nor worry about frostbite just thick pants, long-johns and a parka.. overall a splendid morning!

Not so cold! I'm happy you didn't have to worry about the frostbite that morning. I love the ice, looks like someone just cut them into sheets.

Wow, they look like panes of glass. Lovely detail. Lol, "just thick pants, long-johns and a parka" for -15˚C, I'd be that layered up you wouldn't recognize me. Ha ha, I'd be a short abominable snowman/yeti.
