Description
Thought I should finally design MASA's uniform.I wanted the uniform to be black in deference to MASA's questionable affiliations.
The red sash indicates he wearer is a "Conquistador", part of the organizations explorer elite who have had extensive experience shaking down alien cultures in pursuit of extra-terrestrial goods and resources.
I wanted blue elements as a highlight to suggest, how the color blue, rarely encountered in space, has acquired an almost religious significance to MASA personnel.
I know pants are a rare element to add to a woman's uniform for me, but somehow it seemed right for this outfit.
As always, I appreciate your thoughts.
"Destroy all monsters. Wherever they may exist."
In case you were wondering what the inscription meant.

That is a very good suggestion concerning the pant stripe.
Yea, I can see editing the instances of the emblem as well.

Is this a dress uniform or something meant for everyday use?
As a dress uniform it works quite well, but if it's what an officer is supposed to wear on duty everyday then the wings off of the trousers have to go.

...waaaaaaaaaaait a second. If this is Hisa, then where do the Fear pic and the pic that Phantom uploaded fit in...
...unless I'm either A) an idiot, B) mixing up the time in which all these events happen, C) Hisa is a master of time and space and thus can be in multiple places at once or D) she has clones.
Or maybe E) a combination of A, B, C, and/or D.

Sorry, I'm the one mixing up the time line.
I wanted to put forth the idea that Hisa was a MASA double agent who approached FMP with the secrets she had gleaned from Mirage in order to get the robots to do the armada's dirty work for them.
So this picture would be depicting a time before Hisa infiltrated Mirage.
My idea would be that the moment Mirage built the Hegemon, MASA red flagged them as a threat. They couldn't do anything about FMP or Husque--both being space-faring cultures long before humanity reverse-engineered its way into the heavens--but they could prevent upstart corporations from developing into legitimate naval powers.
Hisa was to be a linchpin in my plan to play Earth's enemies off against each other, and destabilize, if not outright cripple one of them.
Don't think that's going to wash now, in light of recent events. [link]
Oh well, at least I have this spiffy picture.

Military AeroSpace Armada, but I'm considering changing the "A" to Association, in order to sound ironically innocuous.

Sorry.
The second. So it would read Military AeroSpace Association.
May also swap out the "M", to something subtler, but nothing comes to mind at present.

Love the design. WOuld look tremendous in latex!
The blue is kind of obtrusive at first, but the more I look at it, it really seems to add an element of visual interest and pull it together.

So after what many people could consider a failure, Masa encourages explorer to have its own personal experience with extra terrestial life... Someone could think that masa actually want more people to go to FMP?
