Here is the question: who overplays more, Branagh or That Dude From 300?

If you take "Hamlet", it's close, but That Dude From 300 snatches it.

"Frankenstein", however, is a different story. I implore EVERYONE to watch Kenneth's version of "Frankenstein", preferably after reading the book. It's the funniest thing I have EVER seen. Ham Acting at its absolute PEAK.

Branagh rules.

i actually like branagh's version frankenstein...
even though he changes everything and destroys the ending (lawls.. burn carter, burn!). hell, it's more accurate than the whale or dawley versions.

Yeah...Frankenstein hasn't really had much luck when it comes to movie adaptations, oddly. The story was too creepy for 30s audiences, I guess, what with the whole "Marrying his cousin" thing, and Branagh just went a bit crazy. My favourite scene was when he ressurects Elizabeth, and she's running through the burning house, which starts exploding around her. Crazy awesome.

This is truely funny!

To compare this with the movie 300, and instead of " Sparta" it is " Denmark"!

HA! Now I must truely laugh! I dunno if it is because I am a DANE myself, but no Dane in history has probably ever said that.( Perhaps a viking or two...i dunno:S) Denmark is USUALLY the capital of IKEA, and sometimes we like it that way! That will keep us hidden from any treat from the outside world- Just kidding.

But I really like this one A LOT!

ROFL!! That is beautiful. I've read Hamlet so much for school I pretty much know the play backwards. Never seen 300 before, but the previews are enough to make the connection. *chuckles*
