ok this is my first Tutorial and I suck at teaching people so you can use this or not. And I know some of you out there will say "what is this guy doing that's not how you do it!, or he's doing it the long way... -.-" So I'd sppreciated that you would give constructive comments instead of making me look stupid o.0 XD
And if you spot any spelling errors please tell me hehe I'm not good with grammar. 
There is still some fixes thats why i have "ver. 1" on the title so if you are confused just tell me and ill edit it . ^^

good! Something you should try:
select the paintbrush and choose an airbrush of any size. Make the colour white. Now go and change the MODE to VIVID LIGHT and decrease the exposure of the brush to about 40% and do the same for flow.
Now paint as if you were using the dodge tool.

until you go over the paint job again. It's a different effect and slightly more luminous than the dodge tool. just love it to pieces!! (Primary source of glow in my Alissa picture, and also how I did her eyes.)

yeah... I guess it is^^.... I really need to start submitting some real art again, but I have a feeling that because of school Ias more into doing so... @.@ Kinda weird... I wish I had a scanner T.T I should just go out and buy one... I got the money for it, and then I'll be submitting art like crazy ^^ I've been procrasting with your fersona too, but that's because I've been very busy T.T

yeah, it really can, but it works the other way around for me... I get lazy during break and productive with art during school XDDDD I guess summer is my way of cooling down everything before I explode with all the busyness from art.... @.@ as you may have noticed, I have a lot of projects and stuffs... Plus I'm studying for ACT's again for october T.T But this time, I'm gonna be prepaired... Plus I get one more day of vaction than you do ha ha *sticks out tongue, and runs like a mad man* XDDD
