In-Universe Notes:
The independent Starfighter Corps was founded a year after the official creation of the Morden Sector Navy at the insistence of former Republic navy personell more familiar with the benefits of such an independent force, though a signifigant amount of political jockeying (and sometimes violence) from ex-imperial officers at the highest levels of naval command, who firmly believed in the benefits of a fully-integrated starfighter wing. Nonetheless after the ringleaders of the opposition were defeated, the creation of the Independent Starfighter Corps was confirmed.

The base uniform was adopted from the broader Morden uniform, colored brown to represent it's Republican roots in the similarly-uniformed Republic Starfighter Corps. It is worn while not on standby for flight or technical duties. The middle uniform pulls dual-duty as the on-duty uniform of both the Technicians and engineers and the Pilots, with the pilot additionaly being equipped with a durasteel chest-rig meant to hold up their life-support systems attached to helmet. Said helmet is Terenthium-Desh-Alloy like the Armies combat armor, and possesses a transluscent metal visor with holoprojectors for a rudimentary Heads-Up-Display.

Out-of-Universe Notes:

Ended up deciding to make some Pilot uniforms early on, which eventually lead to me making a more casual uniform for the pilots that started as an entirely new uniform, but eventually I just changed it to a recolored blue uniform.
