Great shot!
It reminds me last week Christmas morning, I saw two of the wild kangaroos in golf course, one is mother, one is baby, I was so close to them, but what a shame, I didnt have camera with me...

Brilliant photo!
I agree with everyone on the effective depth-of-field and that kangaroos are beautiful animals.
I love the grass on its chin!

Kangaroos are my all-time favorite animal, and this portrait makes me die happy inside. There's not alot of kangaroos shots here on dA...
The focus on this picture is excellent, nice work. (:

Some of the males were a bit scary--especially when we were out in the open with them---no where to run...no whee to hide.....

Oh I bet! Haven't they actually attacked people? Nonetheless they still look hugable. haha.

they look huggable---except for the 6 foot males standing defiantly in front of you waiting for you to move closer! I have heard that they can attack people--these ones were OK though--since they hung out on a golf course, they were pretty used to people in the same area.

Thanks very much--there were hundreds of kangaroos on this golf course--the golfers had to hit their ball over any standing in the way of the green!
