Hank Reynolds highly trained special ops solider who was dying of throat cancer, with money running short and no where else to turn to he was signed up for an highly experimental drug he was hoping was a miracle but what he caught was much much more. His cancer was 'eaten' away by the drug but reshaped his vocal cords in a excruciating painful way that he had to placed in a medical induced coma so that he wouldn't be awake to feel the pain. it was only months later that he was woken up to find his body had adjusted fully and he could generate powerful sonic blast. So he threw on a patriotic costume and decided to bring his fight to make the world a better place to a city near you. Get ready for the call of freedom, Screaming Eagle is in town.

Screaming Eagle can generate extremely powerful sound waves that can (depending on the strength he uses) render an enemy injure, incapacitate or if he has to kill an opponent. His 'Eagle's Cry' can disperse large groups of people, destroy objects, they may be able to target certain objects so that only they are destroyed. With enough power, could level entire structures.

also his power enables him to mimic the voice on any one he chooses, hence making him a great karaoke singer

The name came first as I thought it was a great one that not only told you the hero could be a patriot type hero but also said their power. im not aware of many male heroes that have the sonic cry as their power, the only one that came to mind was the X-Men member Banshee. so I thought I'd try my hand at it. this HAVE to be my last patriot hero as I have so many, I even have a big pic I did of all of them but I cant post it cuz I have to add this guy to the pic first.
