Do you have by any chance any tips on mixing cake based watercolors?

It's the same process basically, but you'll need more than one brush (if you don't mind cleaning it off every time you choose a color you can use one) and softening them up a bit with water for 10 or 20 minutes helps the pigment come away easier

No, because it won't mix together properly and you'll end up with streaks and chunks instead of smooth color. Bubbles is never a problem
