Finished drawing of a Tyrannosaurus rex - Sue. Sue is a Tyrannosaurus rex specimen from which the most famous well-preserved skeleton. It was discovered in South Dakota, August 12, 1990. His nickname dinosaur was named in honor of discoverer, Susan Hendrickson. After the discovery of the skeleton and the subsequent excavations have been disagreements over the ownership of a dinosaur. In the end, the court ruled that Sue belongs to a farmer, the owner of the land where it was discovered. In the end, he sold her skeleton to the Field Museum of natural history in Chicago (USA). There you can see the skeleton of Sue, menacingly towering over the visitors.Length of Sue is more than 12 meters and a weight of 6.1-9.5 tons (estimates vary).
