No this was actually a few years ago, just a snowy night, nothing major.
But yeah, i had to drive in from wheaton to the hospital district on lake drive the morning after that big blizzard and it took ages!

Been working up a story, I write by the by, and I went searching for "blizzard" images. Stumbled upon this one and was very fond of it... got to the heart of some of my story very well.
