Couldn't resist. I have to look at every one of these that pop up in my watchfolder.

Yeah, the size of the pics do pretty much reflect the impact they have or had on my art.

Top left:

Luis Royo; do I have to say anything here?

Beneath:
Witchblade: First comic I ever bought with my own money, loved the story and the artwork.

Neon Genesis Evangelion: First Anime to have me sit in front of the TV late at night. Don't you just love Misato?

Top right:
ElfQuest: the thing that had me startet drawing. stumpled upon an issue in the public library and i have been addicted ever since.
Biggest influence, I think. My drawing style has repeatedly been described ad "ElfQuest-y"

Bottom left:
German Fantasy-RPG "Das Schwarze Auge" (the dark eye). Started it shortly after I discovered ElfQuest and it's still my main idea source.
Blame . It's her fault.

Bottom right, upper row:
Mars: One of my favorite mangas for excellent story-writing and beautiful yet simple art.

Sailor Moon: yeah... I have to admit, I got hooked up too, at that time (have mercy, I was 14...).
Still like the series though

Bottom right:
Michael Turner: runs a close second to ElfQuest in influence to drawing style. I just love his lines and was deeply shocked when I heard of his death. Rest in peace.
