Here's part 1 of a 4 part guide on how to make nuzlocke comics. I was gonna wait and upload them all at once, but I got impatient. XD
I never considered myself the best essay writer when I was in school, so I hope this is easy to follow and somewhat helpful. Also, I apologize for it being so text heavy. I promise the next one will have a lot more visuals~
I already have the other two guides typed up, so expect to see them within the next week!

This helps me alot because i always rush into my comics, make mistakes in dialog and characters, and a bunch of other kinks.

This is very helpful Yin and I look forward to seeing the rest. I think the biggest problem I have is getting the story going and how to start it off without it being the same for most nuzlockes.
I'm planning on doing an X nuzlocke with comic soon so I will be taken note on everything your tutorial has to offer.

I've been thinking about trying to make a Nuzlock Comic but wasn't sure...
This has a lot of great tips so maybe once I have some more time on my hands then I'll give it a try.

Looking forward to the rest, which will probably be more helpful for me (as this first bit is reminiscent to Wasserbienchen's Tutorial ) I love how your personality just oozes from the narration. Really comedic and sassy tutorial that is short and easy to read. It's a bit more memorable for those reasons.

Your note-taking system looks a lot like mine! I did mine on notebook paper, so I would put certain symbols before certain events (such as a skull when a Pokemon died, or an exclamation point when something important happened). I also wrote down dialogue or character development ideas I got at certain points in the game.
This guide is looking really great so far! Since I'm in the planning stages of my Nuzlocke I'm looking forward to seeing part 2 so that I can apply the advice to my story.

Honestly, after re-reading the p.o.s first chapter thing I posted on my page, I lost all confidence in myself as a writer, and in my ability to make a comic. But holy Zombie Jirachi on a Pogo Stick, I needed this. I've been told numerous times that drawing the comic will help art improvement, but seeing it like this kinda put it in perspective.
