Yes, this is a free base :> Though there are some conditions to respect please:

You can change the lines, alter them, draw over etc.
You can use for an existing Noxiie, or create your own (if you have a MYO slot!)
You can frankendoll (mix these lines with someone else's lines) but ONLY if the other base's creator allows it too!

But please:
DO NOT remove my signature, even if you altered a lot the lines
Always credit me as the base maker everywhere you repost your colored version, even if you altered a lot the lines
Always credit ShadowsOfADay for the species @ Noxiies
You can't repost the base alone and you can't sell it
You CANNOT make any profit with this base (no adopts, no YCH, etc) this counts for non-money profit too (Example: you can't make a YCH for someone with this base in exchange of a character) This base is free to use; then you are not allowed to make profit with.
This is for Noxiies only.

Also knows that:
Contains a male and female version, though feel free to alter the lines to change morphology and gender!
These lines has a pre-colored layer for an easier coloring
Female version has a nsfw titties layer, do not show it if you're bothered by nudity!
This is a .psd file, openable by Photoshop, Paint Tool Sai, and many others. Though feel free to ask me for another file if you need to
