Aaaaaah please check this amazing species! <3 They have a flash MYO event and I just jumped in, I love all their designs ;A;
I quickly designed mine using the provided bases, but I might do a clearer reference soon, if he's approved. I especially want to make his arms and legs more mech-looking

Rufus, the mechanic

Arms and legs are mechanical

Rufus is a regular citizen in a big city on the mountains. Regular? That's not what his neighbourhood would say! He owns his own hangar, and is fascinated by the technology. He spent his days crafting metal and creating robotic critters. He lives from his obsession, occasionnaly in charge to repair big vehicles such as dirigibles. But it goes further than only a passion.
One day, Rufus realised something: People didn't care about mech as much as him. People didn't want to believe that he was the best, and people's indifference was "killing him in the inside." He tried to create the most impressive vehicles, the most intelligent mechanic critters, the most beautiful metallic artworks, but nothing changed.
During years, his mental health slowly decreased - added to an obvious loneliness. He felt like only the metal could understand him. Then, he got an idea: "If only the metal can reach my heart... Then why not becoming the metal?"
Then started his most weird experience: Rufus crafted prosthesis just like his arm and legs. He spent months working on these, perfectionning them. And when it was ready... He replaced his own legs, then his own arms, with the prosthesis. No one saw him doing it. His neighbours only can say that they didn't saw him for days, then he reopened his shop with his new prosthesis installed. But they all believe he did it alone, without any help.
Since, he has a weird reputation. Who's this mad lad who became his own creations?
But these kind of comments only glorify him, and he's happy as he never been.
