Description
I redrew Althaea (an NPC from a 4th ed D&D campaign I ran in college) for use as a PC in a game. Most things about her have changed, including her personality. She's rather cheeky and fun-loving. While I was drawing this (after FINALLY finding a pose for her arms I liked) I keep imagining her saying things like:

"Search me if you like, Officer."
"It's not my fault I'm better."
"Like what you see? Get in line."
"Is that it? I wasn't even using my stronger arms."

Both of her arms are a mix of cybernetic implants/augments and biological engineering. Her dominant arms have grafts on the top and underside below her deltoid specifically to enhance the muscle connections to her second pair of arms. Her second pair of arms has musculature and ligaments wrapped around and inside a metal frame and casing. A spine graft runs the full length from the base of her skull to her tailbone to support her extra limbs and protect her spinal cord from injury.

The clothing she's wearing is more or less like an undersuit for her clothes/gear. Mostly me just experimenting with genre and trying to figure out her style.

So I figured I'd finish up the pic, seeing as how much I really liked how I colored the skin. It came out fairly well, all things considered. I also threw in a cheapo background. Because why not.
