It might also work very well to cut the guy with the tilted hat out completely and have the focus be more on the other three

This photo has great repetition with the 3 people on the left and then a great break with the person on the right having his hat tilted. I wonder if this wouldn't have been better if instead of the person with the tilted hat being at the end he would have been the 3rd person. It does look like however that there wouldn't have been a good way to do this, I can't tell is there another person to the right of the guy with his hat tilted?

I have to agree with everyone elses' comments on the lighting. The fire is beautiful and I love how you've captured how well it lights up their faces and casts a gorgeous silhouette upon the backs of their heads.

A really impressive shot! The repetitive pattern of the 3 men on the left side, and the man on the right almost literally cut out of the picture -- it's a very tense relation between the elements of the photo.
