Description
This is my first tutorial.It's for a "galalxy skyline." I think its an easier way to create a nice looking space scene without having to do a lot of "add noise" that most of the tutorials out require.

Its very good but I cant do the render cloud thing, I click them and do ctrl f but nothing happens...

the crosshatch brush is under your "Assorted Brushes." also on the "add noise" step you need to apply a COLOR DODGE to that layer. i forgot to mention that.
