I know that in a few weeks' time, I'll look back at this and realize something that I got HORRIBLY WRONG and it'll take me another 2 years to correct it.But for now, please enjoy a better, more accurate and hopefully more helpful 'How to draw cats' tutorial.

Took me about two weeks of looking at it so far, but I think I'm slightly better at drawing hind legs now. And possibly front legs.

yeah, I looked at the face shape in a different tutorial (there was more emphasis on the face), but I pretty much think of this for the body and limbs

my friend(longtailsally) asked me to draw a cat so i looked up 'how to draw a cat' and this the one i picked! my cat came out a little demented but longtailsally really won't care. adding this to my favs!

Thats so cool! I love the ckull structure one. The cat is so cute then you see the skull and its like "Ummm.... thats... creepy..."

It's great to see a tutorial that outlines the importance of anatomy and structure, rather than focusing on anime style eyes in what is supposedly a 'realistic' drawing
I'll use this once I get to my drawing tablet.

I've only been practicing drawing Cats for 3 years, Dragons and other four-legged animals for about 1, and Humans for 2. I see a lot of mistakes I used to make with Cats. I always love to give the cat a more sleeker, defined look. I love the Skinny SheCats and the more muscular, built toms. I should correct that, at least a little. xD I'm more of an Anime drawer and my older sister is the realistic one. I want to learn how to draw realistic backgrounds to give my drawings a certain edge.
Long story short, this helped me draw cats better, thanks! xD
